  • Historic Property: Springer Farms operates within historic buildings. Guests acknowledge and accept that certain features may reflect the age and character of the structures.

  • Events & Activities: Some facilities may be restricted or reserved for private events. Use of shared spaces is subject to availability and guest guidelines.

  • Wi-Fi & Technology: Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided, but connectivity is not guaranteed and may be subject to usage policies.

6. Liability Disclaimer

  • Guests assume all risks associated with the use of the property, including participation in outdoor activities, day trips, or excursions arranged through third parties.

  • Springer Farms is not liable for accidents, injuries, illness, delays, or losses sustained during your stay, except where prohibited by law.

  • Parking is available on site; however, we are not responsible for damage to or theft of vehicles or belongings.
